If you're not seeing your Instagram Business Account as an option to add to Smarthash, it's most likely one of these issues.
Your Instagram account is Not an Instagram Business Account If your Instagram account is just a personal account, it's super easy to switch to an Instagram Business Account. Your Instagram account is Not Connected to a Facebook Page Your Instagram Business Account needs to be connected to a Facebook Page that you have admin access to. Click here to find out how to add a Facebook Page to your Instagram Business Account. You have denied Required Facebook Permissions Smarthash needs certain Facebook Permissions to view and connect your Instagram Business Accounts. In order for Smarthash to request these Permissions again, you'll need to remove the Business Integration between Smarthash and Facebook Click here to find out how to Remove the Business Integration between Smarthash and Facebook Once you've removed the Business Integration between Smarthash and Facebook, you can return to Smarthash and try to add your Instagram Business Account again. Be sure to approve all requested Permissions on the Facebook Dialog request. |
